We are excited to announce...... Our New Year's Eve Gala: Dancing Through the Decades Help preserve one of the oldest buildings in Kankakee while celebrating the new year! Take a step back to 1948 when South Pacific was selling out shows on Broadway and Polaroid cameras were filling the shelves of major stores! Celebrate the last 75 years of history with us as we dance through the decades... Entertainment & buffet-style appetizers will be provided for all ticket holders. *Cash bar will be available. Get into the New Year spirit with dancing, trivia, raffle baskets, silent auctions, best-period dress trophies, and door prizes! This event is simultaneously acting as a significant fundraiser for various costly preservation and restoration needs at the French Heritage Museum at the Old Stone Barn while celebrating 75 years of calling Governor Small Memorial Park the Kankakee County Historical Society's home.
