You won't want to miss out on this annual summer Friday night! Line Up Starts: 5:45pm @ S. Marquette Pl. [behind elementary] Parade Starts: 6:30pm The parade concludes at Rockin' on the Square (2nd Street)! ---- DETAILS - No need to register ahead; if you want to be entered into the best-dressed cart contest, you must arrive at the parade line up no later than 6:20pm. - Your cart MUST be registered & street legal; Manteno PD will be available at the parade line up to get your cart registered starting at 5:30pm. - No throwing candy or object off your cart; you may have someone walking alongside passing candy out if you desire.
