Destination Awareness Clinic

KCCVB's Destination Awareness Clinics have been created and are ready to roll. KCCVB will offer clinics to employees at Kankakee County lodging properties and other front line employees at local businesses. In addition to learning some basics about hospitality, participants will learn specific destination information that will help them gain more knowledge about Kankakee County's assets and tools that are available to them to serve their guests in the best way possible.

Upcoming clinics are posted on our calendar, all geared specifically

to lodging, hospitality service businesses and front line service employees. Larry Williams and Melissa Nymeyer will serve as instructors of these clinics.
