The Kankakee County Humane Foundation (KCHF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill animal shelter entirely dependent on memberships, fundraising and private donations. We do not receive any tax revenue or public funds. In 2014, KCHF rescued 500+ animals based on your donations and support. The KCHF is not affiliated with the United States Humane Society.
