Avoided Chicago Traffic for a Meeting!

I wanted to let you know what a good experience I had staying in Kankakee last week. I was scheduled for a meeting downtown Chicago on Thursday but wanted to avoid the traffic. So I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Wednesday night and take the train in from Kankakee. I called and left a question with your office about leaving my car at the station and I was reassured that would be safe.

First the hotel and staff were great.  The room was very comfortable and very reasonable.  The train was on time and the arrival to Chicago was actually early.  I just couldn't be happier with the visit and I wanted to let you know.

Barn Quilt Tour Experience

We were able to see beautiful areas of Kankakee County that we never saw before. The highlight of our day was when one of the barn owners came out and gave us a tour of the barn with the history. What a bonus!!! It made our day! He was so nice. - Karen W., Manteno, IL
